The Giver Book Cover
The book cover was thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of The Giver and its central themes. In the story, the characters live in a world where memories of the past, along with emotions, the ability to perceive color, and the sensation of pain, have been erased. The Giver is the sole individual who retains these memories. As the protagonist, Jonas, begins to receive these memories through the Giver's touch, he gradually starts to perceive color, with red being the first hue he sees. The cover's composition reflects these key elements, thoughtfully incorporating visual cues to symbolize the profound journey of awakening and discovery within the narrative.
The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe Book Cover
The book cover was thoughtfully designed to reflect the core elements of the story The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. Symbolic of the narrative, the lion is depicted with an animal's head, while the witch is portrayed as an ice witch, capturing the essence of their roles within the plot. The placement of the carefully crafted typography creates a crown-like effect above the witch’s head, further emphasizing her character’s significance. Additionally, the color palette was carefully selected to evoke the cold, wintry atmosphere of the world within the wardrobe, enhancing the visual connection to the story’s setting.
